Managing Director

Oliver Thum

With over 20 years of experience, he is an expert in operational excellence, business development, and the scaling of digital HR tech solutions. As a former Managing Director & COO (including at mantro product studio), he led a team of over 30 employees (100+ across the group) and played a key role in building 25 ventures and scalable products. Previously a consultant at Deloitte and Accenture, he bridges the gaps between strategy, technology, and organization. As Managing Director at Prisma Insights, he is responsible for operational and strategic scaling, as well as the market launch of innovative formats such as the Transition Concierge.

Andreas Schmitz

Over 20 years of C-level and HR leadership experience, including as CHRO at Roche in Germany, SAP, and NanoTemper. He was responsible for global organizations with up to 17,000 employees, 300+ HR teams, and a budget of €44 million. Andreas led cultural transformations for more than 36,000 employees worldwide and guided Roche Germany from 17th to 1st place in the Glassdoor rankings. Today he is Global Head of Talent & Culture at Nokia and Senior Advisor at Prisma Insights.
